* AT 618 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 7 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
  FOSSTON...OR ABOUT 42 MILES SOUTH OF THIEF RIVER FALLS...MOVEMENT
  WAS TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
