* AT 1243 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN GRAND FORKS COUNTY...
  OR ABOUT 15 MILES SOUTH OF GRAND FORKS...MOVEMENT WAS TO THE       
  NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH. DIME SIZED HAIL WAS REPORTED AT REYNOLDS
