STEELE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA. * UNTIL 1215 AM CDT. * AT 1124 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 8 MILES WEST OF BLABON...OR ABOUT 33 MILES NORTH OF VALLEY CITY...MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. * THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
