THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GRAND FORKS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...

  EASTERN WALSH COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA.

* UNTIL 615 AM CDT.

* AT 1205 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN MOVING VERY SLOWLY THROUGH THE 
NORTHEASTERN PORTION OF THE COUNTY...MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTHEAST 
AT LESS THAN 10 MPH.

* GRAFTON...MINTO...WARSAW...VOSS AND OAKWOOD WILL BE AFFECTED BY THE
HEAVY RAIN. RAINFALL AMOUNTS BETWEEN 2 AND 3 INCHES HAVE FALLEN IN 
THE LAST HOUR.  ANOTHER AREA OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS BUILDING IN 
NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA MAY PROVIDE THE AREA WITH ADDITIONAL RAINFALL 
DURING THE OVERNIGHT PERIOD.  

MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR
VEHICLE INTO WATER OF UNKNOWN DEPTH. ONE OR TWO FEET OF WATER WILL
FLOAT MOST CARS DOWNSTREAM.
