EASTERN OTTER TAIL COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA. * UNTIL 830 PM CDT. * AT 740 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 13 MILES SOUTH OF BATTLE LAKE...OR ABOUT 13 MILES NORTHEAST OF ELBOW LAKE...MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH. * THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
