BENSON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA AND RAMSEY COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA. * UNTIL 1000 AM CDT. * AT 325 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE TO MOVE THROUGH BENSON AND RAMSEY COUNTIES...MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. * DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES THAT TWO AREAS OF HEAVY RAINFALL HAS OCCURRED.
