* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...

  LAKE OF THE WOODS COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA AND
  EASTERN ROSEAU COUNTY IN NORTHWEST MINNESOTA.

* UNTIL 200 PM CDT.

* AT 745 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE TO MOVE NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

* WARROAD...WILLIAMS...SWIFT...ROOSEVELT AND BAUDETTE WILL BE 
AFFECTED BY THE HEAVY RAIN. DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES RAINFALL AMOUNTS 
OF 2 TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR HAVE FALLEN IN THESE AREAS. ADDITIONAL 
AMOUNTS OF UP TO 2 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON.
