* AT 619 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 8 MILES SOUTHEAST OF COLUMBUS THE SEVERE
  THUNDERSTORM WAS NEARLY STATIONARY.
