DEKALB COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL GEORGIA CENTRAL FULTON COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL GEORGIA * UNTIL 1130 AM EST * AT 819 AM EST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN FALLING OVER THE ATLANTA AREA. RAINFALL OVER THE PAST 6 HOURS HAS TOTALED BETWEEN 1.5 AND 2.5 INCHES. PEACHTREE CREEK AT NORTHSIDE DRIVE WAS READING 13.5 FEET AT 8 AM AND IS EXPECTED TO CREST NEAR 17 FEET BETWEEN 9AM AND 10 AM.
