THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  ATASCOSA

* UNTIL 930 PM CDT

* AT 725 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN
  OVER ATASCOSA COUNTY NEAR AND ALONG HIGHWAY 16 WITH RAINFALL
  RATES OF NEAR 2 INCHES PER HOUR.  THESE STORM WILL TRAIN ACROSS
  THE AREA FOR THE NEXT ONE TO TWO HOURS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN AND
  FLOODING. 

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE 
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS 
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
