* AT 1135 AM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A BAND OF 
  SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL ALONG
  DIVINE TO PIPECREEK TO COMFORT TO FREDERICKSBURG TO LLANO LINE
