* AT 453 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED ONE TO TWO
INCH RAINFALL AMOUNTS OCCURRING IN BANDS MOVING ACROSS THE
EFFECTIVE COUNTIES. LEON CREEK IS EXPECTED TO FLOOD LOW LYING
AREAS AND LOW WATER CROSSING.
EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE STORM WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS...STREAMS...HIGHWAYS...UNDERPASSES AND COUNTRY ROADS.
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED
