THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  BURNET
  LLANO

* UNTIL 100 AM CDT

* AT 1100 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED TWO TO FOUR
  INCH RAINFALL AMOUNTS OCCURRING OVER BURNET AND LLANO COUNTIES.
  ADDITIONAL RAINS ARE EXPECTED THROUGH THE NIGHT.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS...STREAMS...HIGHWAYS...UNDERPASSES AND COUNTRY ROADS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE 
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED 
QUICKLY.
