THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  VAL VERDE

* UNTIL 1205 AM CDT

* AT 916 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AREAS OF 
RAIN...HEAVY AT TIMES...OVER PARTS OF VAL VERDE COUNTY.  THE SHOWERS 
AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER VAL VERDE COUNTY WERE MOVING EAST AT 20 TO 25 
MPH.  

LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN...WIND GUSTS 15 TO 30 MPH...SOME HAIL AND 
OCCASIONAL DEADLY LIGHTNING WILL ACCOMPANY THIS LINE OF SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS AS THE MOVE OVER VAL VERDE COUNTY.
