THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A
* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

* UNTIL NOON CDT
* AT 903 AM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF
MODERATE TO STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM JUST
NORTHWEST OF FREDERICKSBURG TO 10 MILES NORTHWEST OF VANDERPOOL.
RADAR ESTIMATES 1 TO 3 INCHES HAVE FALLEN IN THE PAST 90 MINUTES
ANOTHER 1-2 INCHES OF RAIN ARE EXPECTED BEFORE THE STORMS MOVE
SOUTHEAST OUT OF THE COUNTIES.
