THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  SOUTHERN VAL VERDE

* UNTIL 1045 AM CDT

* AT 838 AM...THE VAL VERDE COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED
  FLOODING. DOPPLER RADAR AND RAIN GAUGES SHOW 1 TO 1.5 INCHES OF
  RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST HOUR. ANOTHER 0.5 TO 1.5 INCHES IS
  EXPECTED BEFORE THE STORMS MOVE OUT OF THE COUNTY.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER
LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
