FRIO * UNTIL 200 PM CDT * WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS MOVING ACROSS FRIO COUNTY. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF TWO TO FOUR INCHES ARE OCCURRING.
