* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  FAYETTE
  LAVACA

* UNTIL 1130 AM CDT

* WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS
  MOVING ACROSS LAVACA AND FAYETTE COUNTIES. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF
  TWO TO FOUR INCHES ARE OCCURRING. 

RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS...
STREAMS AND ROADS THAT ARE SUBJECT TO FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE 
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
