THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  MEDINA
  UVALDE

* UNTIL 600 PM CDT

* WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OF ONE
  TO TWO INCHES AN HOUR ACROSS THE NORTHERN SECTIONS OF UVALDE 
  AND MEDINA COUNTIES. THESE HEAVY RAIN ARE DRIFTING SOUTHWARD.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. 

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE 
ROADWAY.
