* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

* AT 138 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AREAS OF
VERY HEAVY RAIN FORMING OVER PARTS OF KERR AND KENDALL COUNTIES.
RAIN...HEAVY AT TIMES...FROM SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE
OVER PARTS OF KENDALL AND KERR COUNTIES THE NEXT 1 TO 2 HOURS.
EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...NORMALLY DRY WASHES AND
ARROYOS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.
