THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN/SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  LLANO
  GILLESPIE
  BLANCO

* UNTIL 715 PM CDT

* AT 515 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN
  NEAR THE BLANCO-GILLESPIE-LLANO COUNTY LINE...OR ABOUT 15 MILES    
  NORTHWEST OF JOHNSON CITY.  MOVEMENT WAS TOWARD THE WEST AT 15     
  MPH.  RAINFALL RATES WERE DETERMINED TO BE BETWEEN ONE AND ONE     
  AND A HALF INCHES PER HOUR.

LOW-WATER CROSSINGS AND CREEKS LEADING INTO THE PEDERNALES RIVER IN 
BLANCO AND GILLESPIE COUNTIES MAY BE FLOODED.
