THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  VAL VERDE

* UNTIL 600 AM CDT

* AT 140 AM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN
  MOVING EAST ACROSS THE COUNTY. MOVEMENT IS SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
  ONE TO TWO INCH RAINFALL CAN BE EXPECTED.

RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS...STREAMS
AND ROADS. THE HEAVY RAINS COULD ALSO TRIGGER ROCK AND MUDSLIDES IN 
STEEP TERRAIN.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE 
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED 
QUICKLY.
