THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN EL PASO HAS ISSUED A

* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHEASTERN EL PASO COUNTY IN TEXAS
  INCLUDING THE TOWNS OF TORNILLO...FABENS AND SAN ELIZARIO 

* UNTIL 645 PM MDT

* AT 557 PM MDT...WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED A DEVELOPING
 TORNADO OVER EAST CENTRAL EL PASO COUNTY SOUTH OF WACO TANKS
 STATE PARK. THIS STORM HAS ALREADY PRODUCED 70 MPH WINDS
 WITH DAMAGE. 

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION. ACT QUICKLY. IF YOU ARE IN THE
PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF AVAILABLE.
OTHERWISE...GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR. AVOID
