THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN EL PASO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN EL PASO COUNTY IN TEXAS
  INCLUDING THE CITY OF MONTANA VISTA AND FAR EAST EL PASO


* UNTIL 700 PM MDT

* AT 551 PM MDT...WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED VERY HEAVY RAIN AND 
WATER OVER THE ROADS IN FAR EAST EL PASO.  THIS STORM IS MOVING 
SLOWLY TO THE SOUTHWEST AT 15 MPH.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF 
AROYOS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND 
UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
RESIDENTS LIVING ALONG STREAMS AND CREEKS SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE
