  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH A DEVELOPING TORNADO NEAR MIRABILE...OR 36
  MILES WEST OF CHILLICOTHE...MOVING EAST AT 45 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
