  NORTHEASTERN BUCHANAN COUNTY IN NORTHWEST MISSOURI

* UNTIL 515 PM CDT

* AT 442 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH A DEVELOPING TORNADO NEAR ST JOSEPH...
  MOVING NORTHEAST AT 50 MPH.

* THE TORNADO WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF... 
  BUCHANAN AND ANDREW COUNTIES.
  AREAS JUST EAST OF ST JOSEPH BY 450 PM.
