SOUTHERN CLINTON COUNTY IN NORTHWEST MISSOURI NORTHERN CLAY COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL MISSOURI * UNTIL 745 PM CDT * AT 659 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO.
