WASHINGTON COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST IOWA * UNTIL 730 PM CDT * AT 702 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR AND SPOTTERS INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO OVER WASHINGTON...MOVING EAST AT 18 MPH. * THE STORM IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
