* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MCDONOUGH COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 530 AM CDT

* AT 1130 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THAT 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN OVER MCDONOUGH COUNTY SINCE
  LATE AFTERNOON. DOPPLER RADAR ALSO INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS  
  PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN WERE LOCATED OVER HANCOCK COUNTY AND 
  NORTHEAST MISSOURI...HEADED TOWARD THE MCDONOUGH COUNTY. THESE 
  ADDITIONAL STORMS WILL AGGRAVATE ANY ONGOING FLOODING 
  SITUATIONS...OR EVEN CREATE NEW ONES.

* THE GROUND HAS ALREADY BEEN SATURATED BY RECENT RAINFALL...
  ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN HAS RESULTED IN EXCESSIVE RUNOFF...LEADING
  THE LIKELIHOOD OF FLASH FLOODING IN THE WARNED AREA.
