* AT 753 PM CDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A RAPIDLY ROTATING
  THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 3 MILES SOUTH OF
  FOWLER...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED
  RURAL RESIDENTS OF MEADE COUNTY THROUGH 845 PM CDT
