* AT 807 PM CDT LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED MINOR FLOODING
  ALONG ROADS SOUTH OF ENSIGN AND NORTH OF FOWLER.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
  RURAL AREAS SOUTH OF ENSIGN,
  MONTEZUMA,
  COPELAND
