THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN DODGE CITY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EDWARDS COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS
  FORD COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST KANSAS

* UNTIL 1100 PM CDT

* AT 714 PM CDT DODGE CITY DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED TORRENTIAL 
RAINFALL IN EXCESS OF 3 INCHES IN AN HOUR ACROSS PARTS OF 
NORTHEASTERN FORD COUNTY AND CENTRAL EDWARDS COUNTY. THE STORMS HAD 
MOVING VERY LITTLE DURING THE PAST HOUR. TORRENTIAL RAINS ARE 
EXPECTED TO CONTINUE IN THIS AREA FOR AT LEAST THE NEXT HOUR.
