WESTERN CHEYENNE COUNTY IN THE PANHANDLE OF NEBRASKA * UNTIL 755 PM MDT * AT 708 PM MDT...THE PUBLIC REPORTED A FUNNEL CLOUD NEAR POTTER...OR ABOUT 17 MILES EAST OF KIMBALL...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
