NORTHERN KIMBALL COUNTY IN THE PANHANDLE OF NEBRASKA THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF KIMBALL * UNTIL 715 PM MDT * AT 640 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH A POSSIBLE TORNADO 7 MILES NORTHWEST OF KIMBALL...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH. THE SAFEST PLACE TO BE DURING A TORNADO IS IN A BASEMENT. GET UNDER A WORKBENCH OR OTHER PIECE OF STURDY FURNITURE.
