* AT 700 AM CDT...LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLOODING OF 
SEVERAL COUNTY ROADS AND HIGHWAYS IN NORTHERN LASALLE COUNTY... 
INCLUDING HIGHWAY 97 NEAR LOS ANGELES AND FM648 NEAR WOODWARD.
DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAINS BETWEEN WOODWARD AND LOS 
ANGELES...MOVING SLOWLY NORTH AT 5 MPH. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 
INCHES PER HOUR ARE EXPECTED THROUGH 9AM...WHICH WILL CONTINUE TO 
CAUSE FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS. 

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
