WESTERN ORANGE COUNTY IN VERMONT * UNTIL 700 PM EDT. * AT 344 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL MOVING THROUGH THE BROOKFIELD AREA. SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE WARNED AREA. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING IN THE BROOKFIELD AND RANDOLPH AREA.
