  EASTERN STARR COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 845 PM CDT

* AT 745 PM CDT...THE PUBLIC REPORTED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 9 MILES
  NORTH OF RIO GRANDE CITY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. THIS SEVERE
  THUNDERSTORM WILL LIKELY PRODUCE HAIL TO THE SIZE OF NICKELS... AND
  WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF...
