THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BROWNSVILLE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WILLACY COUNTY IN DEEP SOUTH TEXAS

* UNTIL 900 AM CST

* AT 654 AM CST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF VERY HEAVY
  RAINFALL MOVING NORTH INTO WILLACY COUNTY AND ALONG UNITED STATES
  HIGHWAY 77. RAINFALL RATES WERE UP TO ONE AND A HALF INCHES PER    
  HOUR.

* HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES TO FALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. RUNOFF FROM   
  THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO OCCUR. SOME   
  LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...RAYMONDVILLE.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL

LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.
