THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BISMARCK HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  STUTSMAN COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA
  
* UNTIL 615 AM CDT

* AT 256 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
  THAT A SERIES OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN
  WILL CONTINUE TO FORM AND MOVE EAST AT 25 MPH ACROSS STUTSMAN COUNTY
  FOR THE NEXT FEW HOURS.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
