* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  KIDDER COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA

* UNTIL 615 AM CDT

* AT 211 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
  THAT A SERIES OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN
  WILL CONTINUE TO FORM AND MOVE EAST AT 25 MPH ACROSS KIDDER COUNTY
  FOR THE NEXT FEW HOURS.


BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
