THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BISMARCK HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN DICKEY COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA

* UNTIL 215 AM CDT

* AT 1115 PM CDT...THE PUBLIC REPORTED FLASH FLOODIN IN OAKES WITH
  HIGHWAY 1 UNDER WATER FOR A FEW BLOCKS. THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE 
  TO DEVELOP OVER EASTERN DICKEY COUNTY...AND FLOODING CONDITIONS
  WILL LIKELY CONTINUE THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS.

* THE THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE NEAR...
   FULLERTON...GUELPH...LUDDEN...AND OAKES.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
