  EASTERN DICKEY COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA

* UNTIL 1015 PM CDT

* AT 710 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN NEAR ELLENDALE...OR ABOUT 58 MILES SOUTH OF JAMESTOWN...MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 5 TO 10 MPH.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL REMAIN NEAR.
   FULLERTON...ELLENDALE THROUGH 800 PM CDT
