NEARLY STATIONARY THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS SOUTHEAST 
LUZERNE COUNTY...SOUTHERN LACKAWANNA COUNTY...SOUTHERN WAYNE 
COUNTY... AND SOUTHERN PIKE COUNTY.  TOWNS NEAR OR UNDER THIS STORM 
INCLUDE...BEAR CREEK...STODDARTSVILLE AND NEWFOUNDLAND. RADAR 
RAINFALL ESTIMATES OF 2 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN PER HOUR WERE ASSOCIATED 
WITH THIS STORM.
