* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHEASTERN HUTCHINSON COUNTY IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE

* UNTIL 845 PM CDT

* AT 812 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY STRONG ROTATION...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A 
  TORNADO. THE MOST DANGEROUS PORTION OF THE STORM WAS LOCATED  
  ABOUT 9 MILES NORTHEAST OF BORGER...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
