SOUTHWESTERN COLLINGSWORTH COUNTY IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE SOUTHERN DONLEY COUNTY IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE * UNTIL 930 PM CDT * AT 852 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A STRONG TORNADO.
