  CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN ARMSTRONG COUNTY IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE

* UNTIL 800 PM CDT

* AT 728 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO JUST WEST OF WAYSIDE. 
  THE MOST DANGEROUS PORTION OF THE STORM WAS LOCATED ABOUT 18 MILES 
  SOUTH OF CLAUDE...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.
