* AT 449 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WERE OCCURRING OVER
  THE WARNED AREA.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE THUNDERSTORMS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH 
FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...NORMALLY DRY
