THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TUCSON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EAST CENTRAL PIMA COUNTY IN ARIZONA
  THIS INCLUDES THE SOUTHWEST PART OF TUCSON

* UNTIL 130 PM MST

* AT 1225 PM MST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  TORRENTIAL RAIN...ASSOCIATED WITH A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM...MOVING
  THROUGH SOUTHWEST TUCSON.  RAINFALL RATES OF ONE TO TWO INCHES AN
  HOUR IS LIKELY WITH THIS STORM. THIS STORM IS MOVING TO THE
  NORTHWEST AROUND 20 MPH. RESIDENTS WEST OF INTERSTATE 10 AND SOUTH
  OF HIGHWAY 86 SHOULD TAKE PRECAUTION FROM THE SEVERE WEATHER AND
  FLASH FLOODING.
