* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EAST CENTRAL PIMA COUNTY IN ARIZONA
  THIS INCLUDES THE WEST SIDE OF TUCSON

* UNTIL 545 PM MST

* AT 440 PM MST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY 
  RAIN OVER DOWNTOWN TUCSON...MOVING NORTHWEST AT 15 MPH.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE NEAR...
  NORTHWEST TUCSON AT 500 PM.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES
AS WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS. UP TO 1 INCH OF 
RAIN HAS FALLEN IN ONLY 30 MINUTES JUST SOUTH OF DOWNTOWN.
