* AT 424 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH
  STRONG ROTATION 2 MILES NORTH OF CLIFTY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40
  MPH. THIS DANGEROUS STORM COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME.
